SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow two business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed all shipping will be handled by USPS. Please see their cost at checkout as they create/manage their own pricing and regulations in regards to shipping our products. Orders of five items or less will ship in a small flat rate bubble package. Orders with six or more items will ship in a small flat rate box. After your order has been delivered to USPS by one of our representatives, your tracking number will be provided to you; we release all liability to the postal office in the event a package is lost, forgotten, or stolen. We will work diligently with you to ensure smooth shipping and handling.
Return + Exchange Policy
Noire Lips accepts returns only if you receive an incorrect order, and if our product(s) were misleading, damaged, or compromised. If these event(s) occur we will issue a full 100 percent refund within 10 business days of your dispute. We will only exchange product(s) if the product(s) were damaged or compromised outside of our care and by a third party we work with. Proof must be provided.
